Email is managed in cPanel under Email Accounts.
Create the address, set a strong password, and use the connection details cPanel shows you for IMAP and SMTP. Use the SSL/TLS ports, not the plain ones.
If your mail is going to spam folders, set up SPF and DKIM records - cPanel can generate both for you under Email Deliverability.
