Your order creates an invoice straight away.
Once that invoice is paid, provisioning starts automatically for shared, business and VPS plans - usually within a few minutes of the payment confirming on-chain. Dedicated servers, GPU servers and colocation are prepared by a person, so those take longer and you will get an email when yours is ready.
You can watch progress from the client area under My services. A service sitting in "Pending setup" is normal; if it is still pending after a few hours on a business day, open a ticket and we will look.
